The apartments are located in the surroundings of the University and some of them are close to the hospital area (medical and nursing schools). They are full-equipped for living and studing and consist of either 4 male or 4 female students in individual rooms.
The apartments are made up as a result of different criteria such as degree or age. Or simply following your request to stay together if you are two or more.
The apartment is visited from Monday to Friday by a cleaning lady who does the next tasks:
House cleaning
Clothes washing and ironing
Meals cooking for every day of the week
The service also includes in the price:
Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Apartment maintenance
Basic supplies: water, electricity and heating
Information and advising
These last points are carried out through weekly visits to the apartment in order to know the necessities. Moreover, students can visit our office to discuss any issue and have an on telephone number 24 hours a day.
Our menus take into account nutritionists recommendations and the traditional Spanish recipes. Nevertheless, as the meals are cooked in the apartment
